In The Blink Of An Eye with Jo Clark and Letetia Berthelsen

There is something quite enduring and spectacular about close and cherished friends. And in this episode I’m joined with one of my most cherished friends. Letetia Berthelsen shares with us her story of an incredibly difficult time and how it impacted the entire family. Diagnosed with Triple Negative Tumour aka Breast Cancer stage three. Letetia was left wondering: are these the cards that have been dealt? Do I have another ace up my sleeve to play this time round? Thankfully she did. And two years on, life is just starting to get back on track once again. Join me as Letetia shares her story and we chat about:

  • Adjusting to farm life and finding a certain satisfaction and freedom growing a family on the land.

  • Near death experiences helping you to enjoy the small moments and opportunities.

  • Hitting rock bottom. Standing strong even when you think you can’t.

  • Leaving your dignity at the door and asking for help.

This is truly a memorable and gratifying conversation which reminds us of how life can flip upside down at any point in our midlife. To find out more about Letetia please follow her on Instagram @mybreastcancermyway.
