Making Friends With The Person in the Mirror with Jo Clark and Melina Bagnato

Nearly all women will experience a change in their body shape during perimenopause and menopause. And, according to Melina Bagnato, the approach that we take in order to accept (or not accept!) the changes is entirely up to us. Melina is a qualified Stylist and Colour Analyst with 24 years of experience in designing, buying, merchandising, garment importing, and working with numerous magazines. She was also the Director, Stylist and Buyer at Style Me Over, an online fashion business for over 10 years, having styled thousands of women and collections. Her passion lies in helping women to understand, accept and love the body they’re in.

Listen as Melina and I chat about:

  • Growing up in the fashion industry, with reputable parents who have inspired her every step of the way.

  • How we want to feel in the clothes we wear, while adjusting to and embracing our midlifeness in the process.

  • Growing her business 300% during the pandemic via social media, database and a team of 17 women.

  • Dancing. The simplicity, the joy, the radiance and how it now is such an important part of her midlife into the future.

Melina brings her dynamic and passionate personality to all aspects of this conversation, leaving you with all the good buzz and feelings inside.
