2023 Word of the Year with Jo Clark
For the past couple of years, I’ve chosen a word of the year and it’s really helped me to be more intentional about my thoughts and my actions. If you’re feeling the need for a change, or you’re wanting to improve something, a great way to go into a brand spanking new year is to have a focus word. This has proven to be more successful than resolutions and can really help you to hone in on what you want more of in your life. In this first solo episode for 2023 I’ll explore:
The benefit of having a focus word and how it provides an anchor and encourages you to think both consciously and subconsciously when you’re making decisions. Specifically, what you want more of and what you want less of in your life.
