Revisiting Resolutions and Goal Setting with Jo Clark

Since the start of the year, how many women have managed to stick to their resolutions? There are several common hurdles in achieving goals, such as lack of clarity, accountability, and fear of failure. In today’s short solo episode, I’m breaking those goals into actionable steps, and focusing on progress over perfection to achieve success. Listen in as I discuss:

  • Research that suggests a large percent of people don’t follow through with resolutions from the start of the year.

  • Unintentional reasons why we sabotage our goals.

  • Lack of clarity and specificity when defining what we want to achieve.

  • Finding community for support and encouragement.

  • How we can sometimes get paralysed into inaction which impedes our chances of success.

I encourage you to focus on daily actions in stepping towards your goals. Whether you are peri or postmenopausal, I offer help through my online membership program, Better Than Before.
