Living Our Best Long Life Era with Marla Letizia

Our guest on the Podcast today brings a certain energy, passion and purpose to your ears. Marla  Letizia, or Nanny Bubby as she is known to her family and fans in the US, is 70 years young and relishing in the fact she learned to cook later in life and can see the miracles with fresh eyes and an open heart. Her vision is to bring "Families Home to Themselves" and I believe she is well on the way to achieving that goal. Marla's also currently working hard to promote her message of how to live well in your latter years or as Marla calls it, ‘The Long Life Era’. Listen as I chat to her about life beyond the ‘traditional’ midlife years and talk about:

·       The importance of connection to family, traditions, legacy and how her own cooking story alongside her children became her catalyst to improve and change.

·       How you can’t teach wisdom, it is better shared. That bad endings can be disguises for happy new beginnings.

·       The messy middle and importance of gratitude to change your perspective and carry on when times may be a little tough.

Marla provides a warmth and inspiration similar to that of many of her dishes and gifts on her website. I encourage you to join with me in following Marla on Instagram, Facebook and via her website. The Happy Kitchen eBook and Shopping List Free Download are also available as mentioned in this episode.
