It's All About You (Celebrating Women's Health Week)

I absolutely love the theme of Women’s Health Week this week. It’s all about YOU. We are busier than ever and between work, family, to-do lists and that darn mental load - many of us are feeling absolutely pushed to the limit. Listen I contemplate and discuss:

  • Health impacts, including how chronic disease present and prevention.

  • Questions to ask in order to listen to our body and support proactive actions rather than reactive.

  • The six pillars of wellness which include nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep and rest, purpose and connection and hormone support.

  • Putting an action plan in place.
