Finding Calm in Midlife with Daniella Goldberg

See this content in the original post

Today I am joined by another inspirational woman, Daniella Goldberg. With her background in medical science, genetics, and yoga, Daniella brings a unique perspective to the conversation, blending scientific insight with holistic practices. Inspired by family experiences with hereditary conditions, Daniella pursued a degree in genetics and medical science, eventually earning a PhD from the prestigious Garvin Institute of Medical Research. Listen in to our conversation to find out more about how her life developed and how she became passionate about educating and empowering women to revive and thrive in this next phase of life. Inside this episode, we chat about:

  • Her research on molecular biology and gene therapy, particularly in areas affecting women's health, such as osteoporosis.

  • How her midlife journey took a challenging turn in her early forties. She experienced intense stress, emotional turmoil, and physical discomfort, which she later identified as symptoms of perimenopause.

  • How chronic stress exacerbates hormonal imbalances, leading to a range of physical and emotional symptoms.

  • How incorporating yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and connecting with nature can alleviate symptoms and promote overall well-being.

  • How often and how you can incorporate a yoga practice into your midlife journey.
